Ohio State Fair, Ohio Caverns, and Kiser Lake Camping
This weekend we got a visit from my sister Jessica and her boyfriend Andrius! The first thing on our agenda was to visit the annual Ohio State Fair. Just like last year it was super hot and sticky! We enjoyed giant sodas, huge ice teas, shaken lemonades, hot dogs, corn dogs, and everything that could possibly be fried, which was alot!

Every year we stop by and get a new sweet vintage metal stamp from the stamp guy. This year it's a fun bike stamp! We also buy a couple wooden letters to complete our 'alisonrose'. It's so fun that we can't wait until next year's fair just to buy another!
After the fair we were all super tired from walking and being out in the sun so we went out and bought 'Risk'.
Andrius was so excited to play and to teach us how to play! World domination rules way more then I thought it would! Really fun.
Next, we planned to go camping, after a short stop at the Ohio Caverns! Nick was so NOT into the little bats that kept flying by our heads! We camped at Kiser Lake...
which was beautiful... just wish it could have stopped raining for a bit.

Luckily it did stop enough for us to cook up some lunch. Yummy! 
We also got to rent some fishing poles. Although we didn't catch anything, it was still totally fun! 
Worth every bug bite. 
I'm sure these guys caught way more then us!
But hey at least our tent stayed dry and warm! 
It's nice to be home again out of the rain! I hope Jessie and Andrius had fun, despite the weather!
